Use one client account for your lessons, consultations, and confirmed performances added by Jake.

Returning clients

Open the client portal →

Select Login at the top of the scheduling page. Sign in with your email and password to view the appointments linked to your account.

Performance bookings

Start with the performance request form. Once the event details are agreed, Jake can add your confirmed performance and link it to your client account. Use the same email address for lessons and event requests, and let Jake know if an accepted booking is missing from your account.

Performance inquiries and their form responses are handled separately and do not appear automatically in the portal. Contact Jake directly to discuss changes to an accepted event.
